I went into this library to pick up Daring Greatly by Brene Brown for monthly book club with Morgan of Is Was Will BE.
Saw this book “The Lost Apothecary” on a shelf at the checkout counter. The word apothecary caught my eye.

I read this book in a 24 hour period. It involves the dark alleyways of late eighteenth-century London.Each chapter is a story of 3 different women in two time periods in London.A historical fiction novel about a femaleapothecary who sells poisons to women who want to escape their abusive men.
