Remedy is something  I give a lot of thought to when I think about my own body and chronic health conditions. I am always trying to educate myself on how best to remedy the situation. How to undo some of the health issues caused by my unhealthy eating and lack of exercise.. How to undo the chronic inflammation and autoimmune issues.

How do we break the stigma and  bring awareness to the mental health issues that so many struggle with, often silently.   How do we improve the situation of so many children in foster care that there aren’t even enough foster homes? I have so many things weighing on my heart that I would love a solution for.
