November Pinterest Challenge: Super Moist 2 Ingredient Chocolate Cake

I am joining up for the first time at the Pinterest Challenge Blog Hop.

I tried pin “Super Moist 2 Ingredient Chocolate Cake ”
I did not have Kombucha but I used some peppermint seltzer water I had. It was fun watching it bubble.
I also sprinkled some crushed candy canes on the top.
The cake was extra moist with a peppermint flavor. I might use a bit more sweetner in the frosting mix next time or a bit less cocoa. It is worth more experimenting with more flavors to me. I really enjoyed how moist this came out compared to the dryness of so many gluten free cakes I have had since I was dx with Celiac.
