I find that I tend to always think by the calendar. Say I have a goal and I mess up, I think , well I can start fresh next Monday, Next Month etc.. In December we all think “Well In January 1st I will start X,y,z”…. We don'[t have to wait until the next day, week, month, year. We can start this very next minute.

The first thing that popped into my mind when thinking of a word for the letter N was Just say NO!!! Sometimes our ‘attitude’ can come because they are warning flags that we are overwhelmed and heading towards burnout. We must then start prioritizing our own self care and health if we have been putting everyone and everything else first. Look at those requests and start seeing what the priorities are. What things lead you towards your goals and what things can you delegate to others or decide its in your just say no list. Life is too short to be spinning in circles and running on empty.
