The first few words that came into my head when thinking of letter H words that I associated with mental health are Health, Help & Hope.
I want to give hope and reminder that the light at the end of the tunnel is not always that of an oncoming train.
The first thing is for the best mental health it is important to be able to get help when struggling. Another important piece is to try to always maintain hope. I know much easier said than done. But hope makes things a lot more manageable. Just a glimmer of hope, a twinkle can spark a fire and the light of hope inside your soul can grow.
Hope is a powerful force that drives us forward, even in the darkest of times. It’s that feeling of optimism, of believing that things can get better, that keeps us going when faced with challenges or uncertainty. Hope inspires resilience, fuels perseverance, and motivates us to pursue our dreams and aspirations. It’s a beacon of light in the midst of darkness, guiding us towards a brighter future. Whether it’s hope for personal growth, societal progress, or global harmony, it’s a fundamental aspect of the human experience that gives us the strength to keep moving forward, no matter what obstacles we encounter along the way.
“Hope can be a powerful force. Maybe there’s no actual magic in it, but when you know what you hope for most and hold it like a light within you, you can make things happen, almost like magic.” — Laini Taylor
“When you’re at the end of your rope, tie a knot and hold on.” — Theodore Roosevelt
